Description
Samsara is hiring a Manager of the Enterprise Implementation Consultants team to lead consultants who deploy its connected operations platform for enterprise customers. The role manages team performance and KPIs, owns executive-level stakeholder relationships and escalations, partners with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, coaches consultants through complex multi-site implementations, improves implementation processes, and hires and develops a high-performing team. The position requires at least four years of experience managing a services team, enterprise implementation or account management experience, escalation and stakeholder-management experience, CRM experience, and a bachelor’s degree. The annual base salary is $109,480–$165,600 USD, with a flexible remote or hybrid model.
