SimPL Freight Solutions is hiring an experienced Manager of LTL Strategy and Procurement to build and improve its less-than-truckload capabilities across a managed transportation customer portfolio. The role covers LTL strategy, carrier sourcing and relationships, pricing and contract negotiations, routing and execution, freight classification, claims, billing accuracy, performance measurement, technology integration, customer advisory work, and internal process and training development. Candidates need at least seven years of LTL transportation experience, strong knowledge of LTL markets and commercial terms, analytical and negotiation skills, and experience with transportation management systems and carrier connectivity.
