Checkout.com is hiring a Process Architecture Manager to lead operational excellence and process architecture within its Finance function. The role partners with senior Finance leaders to identify bottlenecks, establish process standards and toolkits, design complex cross-functional workflows, oversee operational KPI reporting, and lead change management for process re-engineering. Candidates need at least five years of experience in process excellence, business transformation, or operations, including two years in a management or lead capacity, along with finance-cycle knowledge, process-mapping expertise, and experience with AI and automation. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
