Checkout.com is hiring a mid-level Sales Engineer in Hong Kong or Shanghai to support clients throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial contact through solutioning, integration, and go-live. The role involves translating merchant and technical requirements into payment solutions, running demos and proof-of-concepts, supporting RFPs and RFIs, providing payment-performance expertise, and collaborating with commercial, technology, and product teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant sales-engineering, solutions-architecture, pre-sales, implementation, or technical account-management experience, strong API and payment-system knowledge, and clear English and Chinese communication skills. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
