ZoomInfo is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Orchestration and Workflows team, which builds and operates distributed systems for customer workflows and data orchestration. The role manages front-end and back-end engineers, sets technical direction, drives project execution, collaborates with product and other engineering teams, and recruits and onboards talent. It requires extensive engineering management and hands-on software engineering experience, distributed-systems expertise, workflow orchestration knowledge, cloud experience, and strong communication skills. The position is hybrid and offers a US base salary of $140,000–$220,000, with additional bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
