ERM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for a fixed-term contract role supporting its North America Recruiting Flexforce Team in Houston, Texas, with remote work. The role manages full-lifecycle recruiting for project-term technical and consulting roles across the United States and Canada, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing. The manager partners with hiring managers, develops talent pipelines, coordinates with recruiting colleagues, maintains ATS and KPI reporting, and represents ERM as a brand ambassador. Candidates need at least five years of high-volume recruiting experience, including two years in people or process management, along with advanced sourcing, ATS/CRM, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
