Description
Kovari is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to own the mechanical design of robots, including actuators, structures, drivetrains, linkages, enclosures, and field-ready assembly. The role covers component selection, load and tolerance analysis, prototyping, manufacturing design, vendor management, and debugging deployed robots. Candidates should have strong mechanical fundamentals, experience with actuated or mobile mechanisms, CAD fluency in SolidWorks, Fusion, or Onshape, and hands-on fabrication experience. The position is based in San Francisco and requires working in person.
