Description
STV is hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, government, and other public-sector projects. The role covers concept and schematic design through construction administration, including load calculations, energy modeling, code compliance, construction documents, coordination, client presentations, project leadership, and mentoring junior staff. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and at least seven years of relevant experience are required, along with Revit, BIM, HVAC systems, and building-code knowledge. The compensation range is $109,374.13 to $124,999.01, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
