Description
NC State University is hiring a temporary Medical Lab Technologist in Raleigh, North Carolina to perform routine cytology, coagulation, hematology, chemistry, special chemistry, and urinalysis testing; accession samples; communicate with hospital clinicians and staff; and assist in training DVM students and new employees. The role requires an associate degree in medical laboratory technology or an applicable science field or equivalent laboratory experience, laboratory testing and reporting experience, medical laboratory experience, and strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an anticipated hiring range of $23 to $25 per hour.
