Carolina SeniorCare is hiring a Medication Nurse (LPN) to support pharmacy-related participant needs and clinic operations in its New Bern P.A.C.E. program. The role processes medication orders, coordinates pharmacy deliveries, administers medications as permitted, monitors adherence, maintains medical records, audits controlled-medication inventory, and participates in on-call coverage. The position requires an accredited nursing school graduate, current unencumbered North Carolina LPN licensure, CPR certification, First Aid certification, medical clearance, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly participants.
