Description
Spring Arbor of Apex is hiring a Memory Care Director (LPN) to lead a 20-bed memory care neighborhood. The role supervises and recruits MTs, CNAs, and other cottage staff; coordinates staffing, training, resident assessments, care plans, medication administration, physician orders, regulatory compliance, and person-centered programming; and collaborates with resident care and executive leadership. Applicants must hold a current LPN license in good standing and have 3–5 years of experience with Alzheimer’s and memory-impaired residents.
