Description
Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is hiring a Milling Machinist 3 for an on-site role in Melbourne, Florida. The position operates CNC waterjet and 3- and 5-axis milling machines, sets up and aligns attachments and tooling, interprets blueprints and engineering specifications, measures and marks stock, and fabricates and repairs aerospace metal parts. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of related machining experience, CNC and GD&T experience, Mastercam or related CAM software experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. The schedule is a second shift, four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., with Friday off. The primary salary range is $62,700 to $104,500, with possible overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
