Description
Peraton is hiring a Network Engineer to support the US Government Client Network Operations team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role focuses on WAN troubleshooting, service-now ticket resolution, vendor coordination, circuit implementation and disconnects, network escalations, documentation, and customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, first shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with possible one day of telework and on-call, overnight, and weekend availability. The position requires 3–7 years of relevant experience, applicable network and troubleshooting experience, and eligibility for a position of public trust.
