Description
NetSEA is seeking a Program Manager II for its ECCOS mission, serving as the single point of accountability for contract administration, deliverable quality, staffing, government relationships, and performance reporting for an 8-person cybersecurity services team. The role leads the technical team, manages contingency and position-continuity plans, coordinates with the Government Program Manager and COR, and requires U.S. citizenship, a relevant bachelor's degree, federal IT/cybersecurity program management experience, QASP/QC and DoD reporting experience, and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The position is full-time, exempt, on-site in the Colorado Springs area, and contingent upon NetSEA's award of the ECCOS task order.
