Advantmed is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home wellness visits, annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, risk-adjustment assessments, patient education, and care coordination for Medicare and other eligible populations across Southern Michigan. The role requires approximately 75% travel, including overnight assignments, and offers a $130,000 annual salary plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and other benefits.
