PT Plus is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to conduct client evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, recommend adaptive equipment, educate families and caregivers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain thorough documentation. The role serves clients in private practice clinics across southeastern Wisconsin and select industrial settings, with flexible scheduling and a base salary of $72,000–$90,000 per year plus productivity bonuses. A master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, current licensure or certification, and strong communication and critical-thinking skills are required; clinical experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
