Moog is hiring an OCM Program Manager for its Business Modernization Program, reporting to the GVP - Finance. The role leads organizational change management for the enterprise-wide ERP/SAP and S/4HANA modernization, including strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption metrics, readiness assessments, go-live support, and sustainment. The position manages an OCM team and external consultants, partners with executive sponsors and program stakeholders, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus 8–12+ years of OCM experience, preferably in large ERP or SAP implementations. The role is onsite in Buffalo, New York, with a base salary of $125,000–$170,000 annually and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
