Moog is hiring a Program Manager to provide centralized governance, planning, execution, reporting, and change-management support for the organization’s programs. The role oversees program roadmaps, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, stakeholder alignment, and leadership reporting while mentoring project managers and other program participants. It is a hybrid position in Buffalo, New York, requiring at least five years of project or program management experience, three years of people leadership or coaching experience, and knowledge of PMI, Agile, and SAFe. The base salary is $100,000–$130,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
