Description
The Office Manager oversees daily clinic operations, coordinates staff schedules and workload distribution, manages purchasing and compliance, supports onboarding and offboarding, handles front-desk and client-family communications, and collaborates with the Clinical Director and centralized scheduling department. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, customer service and medical-terminology knowledge, and familiarity with ABA terminology. Compensation is $24–$30 USD per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid leave, and referral benefits.
