Description
The Office Manager will manage the administrative operations of the Center for Orientation, Retention, and Exploration, including student appointment screening, budget monitoring and reconciliation, staff training and evaluation, caseload reporting, student records maintenance, and director support. The role requires considerable administrative or clerical experience, budgeting knowledge, Microsoft Office and Banner familiarity, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to supervise staff. It is a full-time position in Norfolk, Virginia, with possible university-closing work and occasional remote work.
