Description
The Office Manager supports general office operations, auditing, reporting, scheduling, electronic health record updates, member eligibility and treatment tracking, supply ordering, and compliance activities. The role collaborates with the Program Director, social workers, psychiatry staff, and other departments while maintaining confidentiality and supporting a trauma-informed behavioral health environment. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft proficiency, a valid non-commercial driver's license, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks including emergency restraint techniques.
