Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to support customers and internal teams with billing questions and ensure customer success using the Cloudbeds platform. The role involves onboarding and training clients via video conferencing, phone calls, and emails, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with Sales to achieve customer success criteria. The position requires hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus. This is a remote, entry-level position.
