Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for mid-market hotel customers from contract signature through adoption and transition to Account Management. The role manages timelines, stakeholders, risks, cross-functional teams, customer meetings, and adoption metrics while partnering with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management. Candidates need fluency in English and Spanish, at least four years of hotel operations or hotel management experience, and at least one year of project management experience in a SaaS or customer-facing environment. The position is remote-first and does not offer visa sponsorship.
