Description
The Human Performance Psychologist will advise U.S. Air Force Wing and Group leadership and support elite tactical professionals in Germany with human-factors, team-performance, resilience, cognitive-performance, and leadership consulting and training. The role is roughly 90% operational and 10% clinical, includes personnel assessment and selection, and provides post-incident and post-mission support. It is an on-site position at Ramstein Air Base for U.S.-based professionals with an active TS/SCI clearance, requiring a PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, an unrestricted U.S. psychology license, and at least four years of experience in a DoD or federal behavioral health environment.
