The role manages a $3–5 million business segment and a team of 20 employees, overseeing employee relations, training, quality systems, customer and supplier support, estimating, production planning, tooling, equipment, capacity, and continuous improvement. The position requires at least two years of college, ten years of management experience, manufacturing or machine-shop experience, and knowledge of inspection, AS9100, metallography, Microsoft Office, and MRP/ERP systems. Compensation is $85,000–$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, holidays, vacation, bonuses, and a 401(k) matching program.
