Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager provides leadership and direction for warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant work across functional areas. The role oversees safety, OSHA compliance, equipment maintenance, Lean and 6S initiatives, employee hiring and training, customer support, and coordination with plant managers and corporate management. It requires a business or engineering degree or equivalent experience, labor relations and safety training, leadership and communication skills, and PC literacy. Compensation is up to $85,000 based on experience plus a bonus opportunity, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement benefits.
