4Rivers Equipment is hiring a Construction and Road Building Equipment Sales Representative to develop new customer relationships, retain and nurture existing partnerships, and sell new and used construction and road-building equipment. The role includes prospecting, maintaining CRM records and active-deal follow-up, providing quotes, appraising trade-ins, assisting with collections, and maintaining product knowledge. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, basic computer and analytical skills, strong communication skills, and at least two years of sales or industry-related experience. The position offers a base salary plus commission, medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
