Candidates need at least 5–10 years of construction project management experience, commercial or specialty construction experience, and knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and construction documents; advanced facilities experience is preferred. The role may require travel to client meetings, site visits, bid walks, project reviews, and industry events.
