KP Snacks is hiring a full-time, on-site Packaging Development Manager in Billingham, with regular travel to the Tanfield site. The role leads packaging development and optimisation, factory trials, production support, troubleshooting, quality and compliance, and cross-functional improvement projects. It requires FMCG or manufacturing experience, packaging and materials expertise, hands-on trial and troubleshooting experience, analytical decision-making, and strong collaboration skills.
