Description
The Paralegal supports attorneys in the Legal Division by handling routine legal issues, drafting and tracking subpoenas and other legal correspondence, assisting with documentation and case management, supporting discovery and research, maintaining bank-system records, and coordinating with internal banking departments and outside counsel. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, potentially an associate’s degree or equivalent, paralegal certification, and at least two years of experience in the field or a related area, along with knowledge of bank operations, regulations, Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills.
