Brightmont Academy is hiring a part-time Math & Science Teacher to provide one-to-one instruction to students in grades 1–12. The role pays $22–$23 per hour and emphasizes personalized lessons, student support, and professional development while eliminating lesson planning, parent conferences, and grading. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, patience and empathy, a passion for teaching, G-Suite and learning management software proficiency, and the ability to provide fingerprints and pass a federal background check in Arizona or Washington. Teaching certification, an advanced degree, and previous one-to-one teaching experience are bonuses.
