SupportNinja is hiring a remote Partnership Manager in Ireland to own and grow a portfolio of outsourcing advisors, consultants, and broker partners; recruit and onboard new partners; manage referrals from intake through sales handoff; advocate for partner-sourced deals; educate partners; maintain engagement cadences; represent the company at industry events; and track pipeline and partner performance in CRM. The role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant partnership, channel sales, business development, or client-facing experience, a proven referral pipeline track record, strong relationship and communication skills, CRM proficiency, and availability to travel 15% to 25% for industry events and partner meetings.
