Description
The Payroll Manager leads and develops the payroll team while overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, compliance, tax filings, audits, reporting, accounting activities, and process improvements for Wings Credit Union’s multi-state workforce. The role partners with HR, HRIS, Benefits, Accounting, and business leaders to maintain payroll accuracy, employee experience, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while five or more years of relevant progressive payroll experience and one or more years of supervisory or management experience are required. The position offers an annual salary of $101,000 to $118,000 plus a 15% target bonus and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
