Brex is hiring a People Programs Lead to own the end-to-end employee onboarding journey and serve as a core talent-management partner. The role manages global onboarding cohorts, preboarding logistics, live sessions, readiness curricula, performance recaps, mentorship, and analytics, while collaborating with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external partners. It is based in the New York office in a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three coordinated office days per week, with up to four weeks of fully remote work per year. The role requires at least three years of program management experience in Talent Management, People Operations, or Learning and Development, along with facilitation, cross-functional operations, data and analytics, and ownership skills. The expected salary range is $103,000 to $128,000, with equity and other compensation potentially included.
