Asset Living is hiring a Performance Manager to develop and execute learning programs, coaching, and performance-management initiatives for affordable-housing communities and site teams. The role supports leasing performance, customer service, onboarding, compliance, property KPIs, employee engagement, and internal promotion, while using LMS and other training technologies. It requires experience in employee training, coaching, performance management, and affordable housing, with 75%–80% local and regional travel and a hybrid work arrangement.
