AltaMed Health Services Corp. is hiring a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) II to provide and assist with personal care activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living for older PACE participants in centers, homes, and virtual care settings. The role also supports care coordination by gathering and reporting participant information, promoting independence and function, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members on care-plan goals. Candidates need California nurse assistant certification, a high school diploma, BLS certification, and experience with elderly or impaired older people; multilingual ability and a California Food Handler Certificate are preferred.
