Description
ARES Corporation is hiring a Personal Computer Support Technician to work on site at Glenn Research Center. The role provides installation, testing, repair, troubleshooting, software installation, configuration, diagnostics, and user support for personal computers, printers, and other peripherals in a distributed PC and networking environment. The technician also completes assigned tickets and work orders and provides telephone or walk-up support. A high school diploma and two years of related experience are required, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
