Description
LabCorp is hiring a Phlebotomist Float to work in Torrance, California, with coverage across Orange and Los Angeles counties. The role performs venipuncture and capillary blood collections, specimen processing, data entry, billing, customer service, and travel to additional sites. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a California CPT phlebotomy license, and at least one year of phlebotomist experience; bilingual Spanish-English ability and experience with geriatric and pediatric patients are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with additional days and some Saturdays, and the pay range is $21.00 to $33.00 per hour, with a $1.50 per hour float incentive and mileage reimbursement.
