Description
The Patient Services Representative I represents MAKO patients, draws blood and other specimens, processes and labels specimens, enters patient and billing data, verifies orders, and supports laboratory and departmental operations. The role requires phlebotomy skills, customer service, data entry, reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and availability for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime; medical or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred, with certification required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
