Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery Associates is hiring a Surgical Physician Assistant to join its cardiothoracic surgery team in Colorado Springs. The role provides operative care, first-assist and conduit-harvesting support, inpatient and step-down care, ICU coverage, rounds, documentation, care coordination, and limited postoperative follow-up. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program, hold current NCCPA certification and a Colorado license, and have DEA, BLS, and ACLS credentials or the ability to obtain them. Cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgery experience is preferred, and the position offers an annual salary of $125,000 to $200,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
