The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is hiring a full-time temporary Post-Doc Research Associate for its Neuroinformatics lab in the Biomedical Research Imaging Center. The role develops diagnostic and prognostic deep learning models for Alzheimer’s disease using multimodal neuroimaging, clinical, biomarker, and tabular data. Candidates need a doctoral degree in a relevant biomedical or computational field, a strong quantitative background, first-author peer-reviewed publications, and experience designing and evaluating deep learning models in Python, including transformer or convolutional architectures and combining imaging with non-imaging data.
