Description
The Kelada Lab at UNC seeks a post-doctoral research associate to investigate gene-environment interactions between air pollution and respiratory disease using genetically diverse Collaborative Cross mice. The role will generate and analyze ozone-response phenotypes, perform QTL mapping, examine gene expression and chromatin accessibility in key cell types, identify regulatory QTL, collaborate with bioinformatics and genetics, pulmonary, and toxicology communities, and contribute to scientific papers and conference presentations.
