Description
The Prep Cook prepares ingredients and food according to bartaco recipes and quality standards, keeps the kitchen stocked, assists with deliveries, sets up and breaks down prep stations, maintains a clean and safe food-prep area, supports kitchen service flow, and helps with other kitchen tasks. The role requires knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking methods, and food safety standards, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, a positive team-oriented attitude, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
