Description
Wonderschool is hiring Preschool and Daycare Substitute Teachers to fill in for teachers on leave in Wilmington, Leland, Southport, Shallotte, and surrounding communities across New Hanover and Brunswick Counties. The role involves providing a safe and engaging learning experience for children ages 0–5, leading educational activities, collaborating with onsite teachers, communicating with families, and completing Wonderschool training. Compensation is $14–$18 per hour, up to $144 per day, with bonuses, training reimbursement, and flexible 4–8 hour shifts. Applicants must be at least 18, have relevant childcare or teaching experience, pass a background check and TB test or physical, and hold one of the listed credentials or childcare experience.
