Renesas is hiring a senior Analog IC designer to lead a design team focused on Power Management IC development in its HiRel Division. The role involves product definition, transistor-level mixed-signal circuit design, process and technology application, team management, validation and debugging, and coordination with process, test, product, application, and marketing teams. The position is based in RTP, North Carolina and Palm Bay, Florida, and requires an MSEE, 15+ years of relevant industry experience, and a strong background in analog design and successfully released Power Management products.
