HDR is seeking a Principal Program Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to WSDOT and regional partners, leading complex, multi-year transportation infrastructure programs from strategy through delivery. The role guides planning, environmental, design, construction, specialty services, policy, regulatory, financial, community, and stakeholder dimensions; advises on risks and delivery strategy; manages multidisciplinary teams and program governance; and oversees quality, financial performance, compliance, and public engagement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, relevant professional licensure or certification, and extensive program management experience, including at least 10 years and substantial experience with large transportation programs and alternative delivery methods.
