Microsoft is hiring a Supply Chain Program Management IC4 to drive end-to-end readiness for Spares NPI serviceability decisions, manage BOM and FRU processes, lead interfaces with supply chain engineering and manufacturing teams, provide technical program guidance, and represent workstreams in phase reviews and global forums. The role requires a relevant master's or bachelor's degree plus 3–4 years of end-to-end supply chain experience, or equivalent experience, along with Microsoft Cloud background-check eligibility. Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree, PMP certification, and enterprise hardware product knowledge. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $97,600–$188,400 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
