Description
Oracle is hiring a Distributed Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of core distributed systems and data-plane services at hyperscale. The role focuses on scalable, fault-tolerant, highly available systems; high-throughput data paths; service reliability and observability; performance, load, fault-injection, and brownout testing; production incident response; Infrastructure as Code; and secure, compliant cloud infrastructure. The engineer will also architect and operate liquid-cooled GPU infrastructure, automate manufacturing test lifecycles, and partner with supply chain, hardware development, manufacturing partners, data-center operations, and NVIDIA and AMD. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of professional software-engineering experience.
