Stampli is hiring a Principal UX Expert, a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the VP of Product. The position focuses on ongoing user research and customer insight for finance, procurement, reimbursement, card, and executive personas; validating personas and problems throughout product and design reviews; maintaining persona libraries; operationalizing AI-powered UX evaluation workflows; contributing to wireframes and prototypes; shaping UX and product messaging; and supporting Product-Led Growth and Product-Led Sales experiments. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, deep B2B SaaS finance workflow knowledge, strong research and product judgment, growth experimentation experience, and cross-functional collaboration across US and Israel time zones.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, service design, user research, or product strategy
Senior UX experience in B2B SaaS or a top-tier design/product consultancy
Experience with finance personas and workflows, including accounts payable, procurement, controllership, ERP, or fintech
Preferred Qualifications: Experience combining customer interviews, onboarding and demo recordings, and behavioral analytics
Experience building persona libraries, evaluation criteria, and AI research workflows
Strong systems thinking and constructive team-challenging skills
Growth experimentation knowledge across PLG and PLS
