Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide flexible, as-needed clinical services to residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and rehabilitation settings. The role supports residents with physical, developmental, emotional, and mental needs by following occupational therapy treatment plans, teaching living and adaptive skills, monitoring progress, documenting care, and collaborating with residents, families, and the care team. Applicants need a graduate degree from an accredited therapy program, 2–3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination, a current Occupational Therapy Assistant state license, and CPR certification.
